Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from RarityCheck.

 

Returns: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition with any tamper-evident seals, capsules, certificates and packaging intact. Because these are collectible precious-metal items, we are unable to accept returns where seals or protective packaging have been opened, removed or damaged, except where the item is faulty or was not as described.

 

How to start a return: Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and the reason for return before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked, insured service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

 

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

 

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund including any return shipping.

 

Non-returnable items: Custom, made-to-order or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
