Processing time: Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

 

Shipping destinations and rates:

United Kingdom — Standard (3–5 business days): £4.99, free on orders over £50. Express (1–2 business days): £6.99.

European Union — Standard international (3–5 business days): £14.99.

United States, Canada and rest of world — Standard international (3–5 business days): £23.99.

 

All shipments are sent with tracking. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

 

Customs and import duties: For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, import duties, taxes or fees may be charged by your local customs authority on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item or shipping price.

 

Lost or damaged parcels: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to resolve it.
